Order Policies and Cancellation

• In order to get a full refund you must cancel within 72 hours.
• $80 delivery charge
• Standard delivery window 7:30am to 4pm. Additional charges may apply for earlier or later deliveries.
• All orders are subject to New York State Sales Tax.
• All menu items require 48-hour notice; please contact the catering department with any questions
• Final guest count provided 48 hours prior.
• Orders cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will be charged in full.
• We will gladly work with you to customize your catering needs.

Labor

• Additional staffing may be required for your meeting/event and charged accordingly.
• Catering Attendant: $55 an hour (4 hour min required)
• China Fee: $14 per person (must include catering attendant)

Dietary Restrictions | Special Requests

• Kosher, vegan, made without gluten, customized menus, and specialty items are available upon request. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions in advance. While we take steps to minimize the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe for people with allergies and/or dietary restrictions.

Rentals

• Disposables are provided with catering services at no charge. If you require only disposables and no food & and beverage, there will be a fee. Rentals such as linen, silverware, glassware, china, etc. are available for an additional charge.
• Heating Units: $75 per hour per heating device
